The Bommer 3024-5 is a 5-inch Box Clamp Type Double Acting Spring Hinge, sold as a pair. The door flange attaches to the door using thru-bolts and nuts, while the jamb flange is surface applied to the door jamb.
Designed for doors up to 1-1/8" thick, this hinge provides a maximum swing of 90º in each direction. Packaged with all necessary mounting hardware.
