The Deltana DSH44 is a single-action spring hinge, constructed from durable steel and featuring 4" x 4" square corners. This hinge is designed with a Zigzag Hole pattern, allowing compatibility with both wood and metal doors.

The unit includes an Allen Wrench, Adjusting Pin, and Locking Pin, enabling precise control over the spring tension and door closing force. The hinge body is backed by R19063 UL Listed certification for door closer bodies.
