The Emtek 95014 is a pair of 4" x 4" Square Corners Spring Hinges. This single-acting unit is supplied complete with a tension adjusting tool, locking pins, and installation screws.

These spring hinges utilize a durable steel construction and feature an ANSI template screw hole pattern for wood or metal doors. The tension adjustment allows precise control over the door's closing force.

Each unit is UL Listed for fire door applications. Eleven finishes are available, including Polished Brass and Oil Rubbed Bronze. Installation guides and dimension diagrams are available via the manufacturer.
