The Bommer LB4310-400 is a pair of 4" x 4" square corner, single-acting spring hinges designed for door hardware applications. Constructed from durable steel, this unit includes the tension adjusting tool, locking pins, and installation hardware necessary for setting the closing force.
These hinges are UL Listed (R-4667 653MD) and certified Grade 1 for high-cycle applications, making them suitable for fire door installation. They accommodate both wood and metal doors via the ANSI template screw hole pattern.
