The Bommer LB4312-400 is a pair of single acting, tension adjusting spring hinges designed for door hardware applications.

Constructed from durable steel, these hinges feature a 4" x 4" size and 5/8" radius corners. They are UL Listed for fire door applications and certified Grade 1 for 1 million cycles.

Each package includes the pair of hinges, tension adjusting tool, locking pins, and necessary installation screws.
