The Bommer LB4322-400 is a pair of spring hinges designed specifically for Perma-Door frame and door preparations. The special template hole location aligns with residential butt hinges.

Constructed from durable steel, each hinge measures 4 x 4 with a 5/8" radius corner and possesses a thickness of .096".

The unit features easily adjustable spring tension and is UL Listed for fire door applications (R-4667 653M, R-4667 663MD).
