The Bommer LB4352-400 is a specialized spring hinge designed for Peachtree Door applications. This unit is sold as a pair.

Measuring 4" high and 3-3/4" wide, the hinge has a .096" thickness and a corner radius of 5/8". The pivot point aligns with residential butt hinges, and the spring tension is easily adjustable.

Constructed from durable steel, this hinge is UL Listed for fire door applications and includes mounting screws.
