The Bommer LB4352-400 is a specialized spring hinge designed for Peachtree Door applications. This unit is sold as a pair.
Measuring 4" high and 3-3/4" wide, the hinge has a .096" thickness and a corner radius of 5/8". The pivot point aligns with residential butt hinges, and the spring tension is easily adjustable.
