The PBB-SP514540-630 is a pair of 4-1/2 x 4 x Square Corners Stainless Steel Spring Hinges, constructed from durable 304 Stainless Steel.

These hinges are UL Listed for fire door applications, achieving Grade 1 status after 1 million cycles. They feature tension adjustment tools and locking pins to set the desired closing force.

Installation hardware is included, including #12 x 1-1/4" wood screws and #12-24 x 1/2" machine screws, compatible with wood or metal doors.
