The Bommer 3029-3 is a pair of 3" Double Acting Spring Hinges, designed as a Mortise Type hardware component.
This hinge allows doors to open in either direction and automatically return to the closed position. The unit includes a tension adjusting tool and locking pins to set the closing force required for self-closing action.
The hinges are constructed of steel and are sized for doors between 3/4" and 1" thick.
