The Ives FS452-5 is a kickdown door holder designed to mount to the lower surface of a door, maintaining it in an open position.
This door holder operates by flipping into a locked, upright position and deploying downward to hold the door open. Constructed from Solid Brass, it includes a non-skid rubber tip to protect the floor surface.
