The Don-Jo EF-161 is a Latch Hole Filler Plate designed for a 161 cut out. This plate covers the standard door latch hole when a panic device is installed on a pre-drilled hollow metal commercial door.

Constructed from steel and measuring 2-1/4" high by 1-1/8" wide, it is secured using 2 installation screws provided in the package.
