The PBB B7512H is a surface mount Gravity Pivot Hinge with Hold Open, designed as a direct replacement for the Bommer 7512-H Gravity Door Pivot Hinge.
Constructed from cast steel and finished in corrosion resistant silver zinc, this pivot hinge accommodates doors up to 30 inches wide and 50 lbs in weight. The hold open feature keeps the door stable when opened at least 90 degrees.
The hinge is sold as a complete set for one door, including the pivot, jamb bracket, top pivot assembly, and mounting hardware. Dimensions and installation instructions are available via the linked PDFs.
