The PBB B7512 is a surface-mounted gravity door pivot hinge, functioning as a direct replacement for the Bommer 7512 Gravity Door Pivot Hinge. Constructed from cast steel and finished in corrosion-resistant Silver Zinc.

This unit is sold as a set, including one pivot, one top pivot assembly with jamb bracket, and mounting hardware. It accommodates doors up to 30" wide and between 7/8" and 1-5/8" thick, supporting a maximum door weight of 50 lbs.
