The Global TC7040 is a Heavy #5 Spring Double Acting Concealed Overhead Door Closer, designed for commercial applications requiring a hidden automatic door closing solution.

Constructed with a Cast Iron Housing and High Tensile Steel components, this closer provides consistent closure speeds via its temperature-sensitive hydraulic fluid. It supports doors up to 48" exterior size and 225 lbs maximum weight, and replaces Jackson 20-330 and International 200 series closers.
