The PDQ-6-W-09-PHL is a Storeroom Function Lever for Panic Device, featuring a wide Escutcheon Plate suitable for exterior application on all Wide and Medium Stile Doors.

This heavy-duty commercial set is designed for use with PDQ 6300 Series Rim Exit Device and 6300 Series Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device. It covers standard 2-1/8" bore hole door preparation and includes mounting hardware, instructions, and two keys.
