The PDQ-4-EW-09-PHL is a Storeroom Function Lever, functioning as a Wide Escutcheon Plate for Panic Device applications. It facilitates outside entrance via lever only when the device is released by key.

This heavy-duty commercial set is suited for wide and medium stile doors (including aluminum framed, hollow metal, or wood) and covers standard 2-1/8" door preparation. It is designed for use with PDQ 4200 Series Rim and Vertical Rod Exit Devices.
