Deltana DCSM10, Overhead Door Holder
This is a solid brass overhead door stop and holder. It mounts to the door top with included thru-bolts and top the door frame with the included wood or machine screws. An internal spring cushions the door opening. When the door is in the full open position (maximum 110 degrees), the internal hold open clip keeps the door open. A gentle pull on the door releases the hold open. This is a great option for either wood or metal doors. It is simple to install and use on a daily basis. Its solid brass construction also means it will hold up for a lifetime, even outdoors. It is packaged with new matching finish mounting hardware and is available in 10 great finishes.
