Deltana DSH45U, 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" x Square Corners Single Action Spring Hinge
Packaged complete with One Single Action Spring Door Hinge, Allen Wrench, Adjusting Pin, Locking Pin plus #12 x 1-1/4" Wood Screws and #12- x 1/2" Machine Screws. Utilizes template screw hole pattern for use with wood or metal doors. Available in 10 different finishes.
The included Allen Wrench Tool is used to adjust spring tension. The Locking Pin holds the Spring in tension after it is set.
These adjustable tension spring hinges allow you to determine how much closing force you apply to the door (how hard/fast the door self closes).
