For doors weighing 80 to 140 pounds, Deltana's Universal Door Closer can be standard mounted as well as parallel arm or top jamb mounted. The DC70 is non-handed and has and adjustable backcheck making it easy to install. A dual valve allows for adjustable closing and latching speeds. Includes decorative cover and sex bolts for through bolt mounting. Available in 4 different finish colors.
